Welcome to the Greater Wilkes Dental Hygienists' Society!

We are Greater Wilkes Dental Hygienists' Society. Our website was set up as a way to publicize our component, keep members informed, and attract a broader audience. We include Wilkes, Watauga, Ashe, Alleghany and Avery counties. We generally offer 10-12 hours of continuing education credit per calendar year. It is our goal to provide hygienists in our rural area with quality continuing education without having to travel long distances. It also enables us to network with each other. We'll use this site to get the word out about our organization and create a better sense of community among our members. We'll also include pictures of our work and members. We'd like to encourage more hygienists to join us. We're a relaxed and fun-loving group!
